Bilingual Litigation Paralegal (Spanish) | Labor & Employment in El Segundo

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to join a thriving Labor & Employment practice? A prestigious law firm is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal (Spanish/English) with proven experience handling complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations
  • Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries
  • Obtain and analyze subpoenaed records
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness interviews and preparation
  • Support voir dire and jury selection activities
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and third parties
  • Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience required
  • Labor & Employment litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims highly desired
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English required
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a high-volume environment
